My friend Kristie linked to this interesting blog post about a recent "This American Life" episode.

The show featured union organizers working on the ground to address racism in Pennsylvania. (They might just be the heroes of this election.)
It's worth a listen and some thought about the need to keep this dialog going. (I suspect racism isn't going to magically disappear now that Obama is President!)
